The Public Institute of Krka National Park collects personal data only for the provision of services and the unhindered development of processes within internal organisational units. Authorised persons within the Institute have access to personal data, but only for the purposes specified in the individual consent. The Public Institute of Krka National Park undertakes the appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, which it keeps as long as a legal basis exists for their processing (consent).
Users give their consent to the processing of personal data voluntarily and are aware that they can withdraw it at any time without any negative consequences whatsoever, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was based on the consent before it was withdrawn. Users are also informed/aware that, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, they may, under certain conditions, exercise their rights to obtain confirmation of the processing of personal data, inspect the personal data, correct or supplement them, object to their further or excessive processing, stop their unlawful processing, request their erasure, and receive a copy of their personal data for transfer to another data controller.
Users are informed that for all information (storage period, right of access, right of rectification, right of deletion, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to objections, etc.) they can contact the Personal Data Protection Officer of the Krka National Park. They are also aware that they can file a complaint regarding the processing of personal data with the Personal Data Protection Agency, Martićeva 14, Zagreb, Croatia.
