The right to access information and the right to re-use information are achieved in accordance with the Act on the Right to Access Information (Official Gazette 25/13).

The objective of the Act is to enable and ensure the attainment of the right to access information, which is a guaranteed right under the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia, and of the right to the re-use of information by natural and legal persons via openness and public activities of state administration bodies.

The Information Officer at the Public Institute of Krka National Park is Katia Župan.

The right to access information and the re-use of information may be attained by filing an application to the Information Officer of the Public Institute of Krka National Park:

The Public Institute of Krka National Park has the right to a fee for the actual material costs arising from the provision of information to the user of the right to access information and to re-use information, and to the compensation of costs for the delivery of the requested information.

The level of compensation for access to information and the re-use of information is determined pursuant to the criteria from Article 19, paragraph 3 of the Act on the Right to Access Information.
