Endemic flora makes up 3.47% of the flora of the Park.
They mostly belong to the group of Illyrian-Adriatic endemics.
Among them are as many as ten stenoendemics, species that can only be found within the borders of Croatia.
Twenty-two species of orchids can be noted as a special feature of the flora of the Krka National Park, among which five endemic species are from the genus of bee orchids (Ophrys), four of which are stenoendemics.
