The Krka National Park is dedicated to the continuous advance of sustainable tourism and the establishment of a responsible and sustainable tourist destination. Through the application of a participatory approach, it has actively involved stakeholders in order to jointly contribute to the development and lasting sustainability of the Park. THE PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING COMPLAINTS Complaints can be submitted in writing to the noted e-mail address of the Institution. A submission received via electronic mail will be considered a written objection, if it contains the applicant’s signature. The remarks are reviewed by individuals responsible for the implementation and documentation of the sustainable management of the region of ​​the Krka National Park. Considering the results of the verification of allegations, the complaint can be evaluated as:

  • Well-founded – All essential elements of the complaint have been confirmed by the collected evidence,
  • Partially correct – Only part of the allegation was substantiated, while part of the allegation was either unfounded or could not be confirmed,
  • Unfounded – The unfounded nature of all allegations in the remark has been reliably confirmed and proven in entirety,
  • Unconfirmed – It was not possible to gather information that would support the alleged complaints.

The individuals responsible for implementing and reporting on sustainable management will inform the person(s) who lodged the complaint about the confirmed actual situation and any measures taken within 30 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.
